Sensaire Facilities Management (SFM) has successfully agreed a contract with Bando Engineering, one of South Korea’s top developers, to provide integrated  facilities management services to the newly constructed U-Bora Tower in Business Bay Dubai.

The building handover started during the month of Marchand as is the modern trend SFM has been brought onduring the handover period  o assist in de-snagging and facilitating the building’s new residents with settling in.

This project further expands SFM’s project portfolio in the UAE and is the 3rd high rise building in Business Bay to which it is providing FM services. Sensaire Services has been operating in The UAE since 1983 and has been providing FM services since the early 90’s. In 2010 the Sensaire’s FM department underwent a rebranding and is known in the market as SFM.

U-Bora is a two building development consisting of a 58 story office tower and a 20 floor residential tower. It is the first major development by a South Korean developer in the UAE. The developer, Bando, showed its commitment to completing this building by pushing through with, and completing the construction of this building  during the credit crunch while most developers were running for higher ground.

SFM’s managing director, Irshad Khan, stated: “This is a show of intent to the industry; SFM is planning to make a huge impact on the FM market in the next few years with our aggressive growth plan and the backing of our fellow First Gulf Bank subsidiaries Mismak & Green Emirates.
