Established in 2006 in Dubai, Magic Touch specializes in cleaning and disinfecting services of water tanks, swimming pools, air-conditioning ducts, kitchen exhaust, furniture, carpet, bed and mattress. The company also offers risk assessment along with recommendations for buildings to conform to the health and safety guidelines of both local and international standards. The equipment and materials used for the cleaning and disinfecting services are completely safe and certified by the Dubai Municipal Authority. Magic Touch aims to provide its customers with environmentally - friendly services delivered in a professional way.

“Our main point from the beginning is to be a specialized and unique company at the UAE level and in the Arab level. To this end, we have worked towards acquiring requisite certifications and add to our broad experience in cleaning and disinfecting to become an even more quality-conscious and professional company,” said Ahmed Abdullah, general manager, Magic Touch. 

The company holds certifications such as the quality certificate ISO 9007- 2008, The National Air Duct Cleaner Association (NADCA), National Fire Protection Association Membership No. 2718621, Training Qualified in water tank cleaning and disinfecting, outreach safety training program, construction safety and health standards. The company also has a dealership for VAC SYSTEMS International (USA), manufacturer of HVAC duct cleaning machine, equipments and chemicals.

Magic Touch focuses on AC duct cleaning as its major target in the market. As a matter of fact, 60 per cent of people of the United Arab Emirates are suffering from problems related to breathing and the lungs such as asthma and other diseases as a result of fungus, bacteria and dust from dirty and dusty AC ducts. The company has a variety of renowned enterprises such as Dubai Airport terminal 3 as clients. The company had worked on contracts with Dubai airport for cleaning all the AC ducts in terminal 3. Another project is AC ducts and water tank inspection in all UAE schools, Le Royal Meridian, Burj Al Arab, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina Mall, Americana, SAIF-Zone, Zulekha Hospital, Dulsco, Emaar, ARP and many others.

In 2009, the company decided to expand its services to Abu Dhabi and obtained a cleaning license to start operating on projects in the capital. Past projects include Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH)’s JW Marriot, Sedar building and Hotel Al Ain Palace. Currently, the company is working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in Al Sowa Island and at the Armed Forces Officers Club & Hotel. Magic Touch is looking to obtain the maintenance license and set up a cleaning and maintenance office in the centre of the Abu Dhabi city towards the end of November.

For the year 2012, Magic touch has plans to include marketing of products (vacuum machines, equipment and chemicals) related air-conditioner duct cleaning and disinfecting as well as air-conditioner maintenance.
