Viking Gulf Trading has launched a new coordinated range of washroom hygiene products. The range includes air fresheners, hand soap, surface sanitizers and chemical dosing units to keep the urinals and WCs clean.
Viking decided to introduce its new range on the demand of customers who were looking out for a uniform series of dispensers that look good and enhance the washroom experience. In washrooms, one often finds the air freshener of one design and the soap dispenser of another design, which gives rise to an unaesthetic appearance of the washroom and ultimately a bad review of the establishment. Now, with Viking’s new range it is possible to have a uniform look of all the dispensers creating a sleek and modern washroom environment which pleases the eye, said Vibhro Prakash, sales and marketing manager.
The design of the dispensers is white with a chrome lens, a combination which bears a close resemblance to other fixtures in the washroom such as the sink and faucet. “The resemblance makes it blend in very nicely and enhances the appearance of the washroom and makes people think that someone actually gave a though to these items instead of just putting up any unit,” said Prakash.
The Viking Air Freshener has seven different fragrances to please different individual fragrance preferences. The fragrance can be combined with the Chemical Dosing Unit to increase the fragrance level insi
de the washroom. Each 100 ml fragrance refill is made from the finest oils to deliver a long and lasting fragrance, which will neutralize malodors from washrooms and offices. They are manufactured in the EU and conform to all applicable standards including the UN 1950 Standard. The dispensers are easy to program and the different settings give a great flexibility to either a low or high traffic environment. The LCD display on the front of the dispensers provides a countdown to the minutes and seconds to the next spray and prevents service personnel from getting sprayed in the eyes or face. The display also verifies that the dispenser is actually working.
The Viking Chemical Dosing Unit delivers a continuous flow of chemical at a certain rate into a urinal or a WC to keep it clean, sanitized and fresh smelling at all times. It protects and cleans the surface and prevents uric scale build-ups, which, if left untreated, will be difficult and expensive to remove – especially inside the water pipes. Uric scale build up is one of the main reasons for malodors inside a washroom.
The Viking Hand Soap dispenser delivers approximately 1300 “shots” of high quality, luxury foam hand soap in one refill. The soap is very economical compared to other soaps and leaves the hands with a nice fragrance and slightly moisturized to prevent them from drying out. The dispenser is a push type dispenser and made of durable polypropylene to prevent it from breaking even when handled roughly.
More and more people are becoming increasingly aware of how bacteria and viruses quickly spreads in public areas through the touch of a hand or a surface and people are putting more and more emphasis on sanitation and cross contamination. Cross contamination means that bacteria or viruses are transmitted from one person to another from touching either an un-sanitized toilet seat, the equipment in the gym or any other surface. To prevent cross contamination, Viking Gulf Trading, introduces the Viking Surface Sanitizer. It can be used to sanitize and kill bacteria on most surfaces anywhere where there is a threat of cross contamination. By pushing the front of the dispenser the sanitizing liquid is sprayed onto a piece of paper which is then used to wipe the surface clean. The sanitation gives the user a much more pleasant and comforting experience.
The new range will change the appearance of any washroom, not only from an aesthetic perspective but also from a hygiene and comfort aspect.
