The system reclaims water from vehicle wash centres and delivers clean water for reuse following a purifying process
Conserv Water reclaim systems are designed and manufactured in USA by Conserv Manufacturing, established about 20 years ago.
Conserv systems have been developed with a main focus towards reclaiming water from the vehicle wash centers. Over the years thousands of systems have been installed across the world with Conserv systems enjoying a strong reputation among the car wash companies in the United States and the European Union.
The Conserv system takes in the used water coming out of a car wash and filters it to remove impurities. The system further de-odorizes and sanitizes the water to deliver clean water for reuse in the car wash station.
The success of the Conserv system is attributed to the patented innovative Ozone injection mechanism that provides 99 percent absorption of Ozone into the used water. The Ozone thus injected de-emulsifies waxes and removes dyes from the water so they may be easily captured by the micro-pore filtration. The Ozone in the water also acts as an oxidizing agent to kill bacteria and algae by limiting organic build-up and thus eliminates the odour from the reclaimed water.
This Ozone injection system is supplemented with a self cleaning stainless steel filter that removes all particles up to 25 microns size from the water, with options to have filtration up to 5 microns size. In addition, the filtration system is designed to remove oils, road film and waxes which cause deterioration in the overall recovered water quality.
The whole system is PLC controlled and works in automated mode without any day-to-day human intervention. The stainless steel filtration unit has a self cleaning cycle and comes with a lifetime warranty.
Conserv systems have been introduced in Dubai in the year 2008 by ARC International and have quickly gained acceptance by major oil companies that operate car wash stations as part of their fuel stations.Conserv Systems can also be used for reclaiming water from hotels and for reclaiming grey water from residential complexes.
