The Sustainable Cleaning Project is the project Fimap has launched to create sustainable products at a favourable price which ensure excellent hygiene, higher productivity, lower production costs, lower consumption and less waste. Fimap has always demonstrated its great respect for both people and the environment through the important certifications it has obtained over the years:

Furthermore, Fimap products are designed in compliance with European standards and regulations: All products are electromagnetically compatible in compliance with the directive EN50366 on electromagnetic field emissions of machines at frequencies which interact with the human body and in compliance with the directives EN 61000 on machines immunity from electromagnetic fields in residential environments and on emission levels required in work environments.
Thanks to the Sustainable Cleaning Project, innovative self-certified systems could be developed to ensure machine sustainability:
•FSS - Fimap Solution Saver - the water and detergent dosing control system with micrometric adjustment: minimum quantities of fluid and best cleaning performance are ensured with the least environmental impact - water waste and detergent consumption are reduced by 50%.
•FNC - Fimap Noise Canceling – the system which ensures reduced noise pollution with 58db (A) silence.
•FES - Fimap Energy Saver - the system which provides 35°/o lower energy consumption also thanks to the Echo ON/OFF device which stops brushes and water flow when the machine is idle.
Design, aesthetics and ergonomics are especially cared for:
reduced dimensions, optimized package and transport with performance and comfort of use, simple and minimal maintenance thanks to easy and user-friendly access to all machine internal components, longer operating autonomy with compact design are always guaranteed.
Raw materials are selected with the aim of recycling most of the components in order to reduce environmental impact.

Today, there are two lines available:
•EASY LINE
for cleaning areas up to 1.000 sq.m which opens up a new market for automated cleaning systems.
•PROFESSIONAL LINE
for maintenance and thorough cleaning of areas of over 1.000 sq.m, where optimized cleaning costs are required.
The MMX 500 E scrubber drier has twice the power of the brush motor compared to any other brand. It has a belt driven traction which makes the machine viable for various heavy duty scrubbing applications. The Central Water
Distribution will prevent the splashing of cleaning solution and enables even distribution of the cleaning distribution. It has a non-corrosive strong polyethylene tank with a large capacity.
