NTCC partners with UGL to support facilities management in Saudi Arabia
 

The National TriGeneration CHP Company (NTCC), a specialist in cooling, heating and power systems, has  announced a joint venture partnership with Australia-based property and facilities management company UGL Limited.

The JV entity, to be named, UGL Services, will initially focus on providing facilities management services and property services to government and private sector clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This JV is poised to target the significant investment and infrastructure spend forecast in the construction and service sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where over SR100 billion (US$27 billion) is forecast to be spent on commercial, industrial, health, and educational projects in the next three years.

Expressing his satisfaction over the JV, the chairman of NTCC, HRH Prince Saud Bin Fahd Bin AbdulAziz Al-Saud,said: “We are delighted to be partnering with UGL Services in this joint venture. They are a proven and successful property  services company with a strong international presence and possess an excellent track record in the Middle East. The
combined skills of NTCC and UGL will ensure we deliver the best outcome for our clients. “This joint venture will contribute to the development plan that the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has recently approved and activated.

This plan offers job opportunities in the technical field for the Saudi youth, while providing them with high-level training using latest technologies.” The CEO, managing director and vice president of NTCC, Eng.
