Emrill has secured the facilities services contract for the Princess Tower in Dubai Marina, which is officially recognised as the world’s tallest residential building by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The tower is 414 metres high, second in height only to the Burj Khalifa and comprises 763 residential units, 957 parking bays and 8 retail shops for the convenience of residents.Ben Churchill, Managing Director, Emrill said, “We are thrilled to service the iconic Princess Tower development.
